I lead growth and marketing
for B2B SaaS and tech companies.
Fifteen years running go-to-market, ten in B2B SaaS, from Series A to public companies. I do my best work where growth is a strategic lever, not a cost center: transforming go-to-market, building a predictable revenue engine, and growing efficiently with Rule of 40 discipline.

I've owned the budget, carried the pipeline number, and restructured teams to fit the strategy. I work as a partner to sales, not a supplier of leads, and I'm comfortable saying what to stop doing.
I built the first half of my career in Europe, and have spent the last eleven years in the US. I've run growth with a global scope across North America, Europe, APAC, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East, and I work in French and English.

Four mandates I've delivered before.
01 · A predictable revenue engine
An evidence-based ICP, a message that works without the founder in the room, instrumented channels, and one definition of a qualified opportunity shared with sales.

02 · Efficient growth
Measure before cutting, stop what doesn't produce, repoint what's left, and reshape the team to match. More pipeline per dollar, with spend the CFO can defend.

03 · Growth in new markets
Entering North America or Europe, going multi-region, or integrating a cross-border acquisition. The product travels; the go-to-market has to be rebuilt.

04 · AI leadership for go-to-market
The tools are bought, and usage stays shallow. AI in the revenue team is a leadership job, not a software purchase. Pick the use cases that move a number, get the team using them every day, and keep ownership with people rather than vendors.

Independent
Fractional growth leader
Between full-time roles, I work with B2B SaaS companies on predictable revenue, efficient growth, and international expansion. It keeps me close to the problems leadership teams are dealing with right now.

Field notes from the work.
Campaigns aren’t an engine.
A growth engine is predictable, and it scales faster than the spend behind it.
Read the article Field note · International expansionRelationships rarely cross the border.
What wins enterprise deals at home rarely works in a market that has never heard of you.
Read the article Field note · Efficient growthEfficiency is two moves, not one.
Most companies cut spend and skip the move that decides whether pipeline survives.

After an acquisition, buyers still see two companies until the story is rebuilt.

I created Go1's podcast for learning and development leaders: I had the idea, secured the budget, championed it internally, and got it off the ground with my team and an internal host. Three seasons and more than 25 episodes on AI in learning, leadership development, and learning culture.
